The disadvantages of wine tasting include unacceptable odors: moldy, musty, acetic, the smell of acetone.

And finally, the last test of wine tasting – a taste test. A small portion of the wine is taken into the pot and detained. Professional tasters seem to “chew” wine. You can try to draw in air and blow it through the wine. In the sweat cavity, the wine is heated, so it emits an aroma that is caught by the sense of smell. Therefore, you should not taste wine when you have a cold.

Then the final flavors of the wine appear. Quality wine should be harmonious in color, aroma, and taste. Aged wines leave an aftertaste for a long time. In short, the longer the aftertaste, the better the wine.
